当一个设计合理的加密算法的硬件执行过程被确定后,其保密度完全取决于密钥。也就是说现代的加密设备的保密度主要取决于密钥以及密钥是如何管理的而不是取决于算法的保密和算法的硬件的实现过程。所谓的密钥管理的核心问题就是解决密钥在产生、传送、存贮以及使用过程中的保密问题。由于大量的密码机投入使用、密钥管理已是用户愈来愈关心的问题了。密钥管理系统愈简单愈可靠愈好。如果解决得不好,不仅造成道信的混乱而且即使更复杂的算法也不会得到予期的保密效果,甚至会造成更大的危害。密钥管理问题是一个比较复杂、细致、长期的工作。它在人力、物力上所花的代价有时比购买加密设备所花的代价要高得多。本文初步讨论了密钥加密钥管理的若干问题。
When the hardware implementation of a well-designed encryption algorithm is determined, the degree of security depends entirely on the key. In other words, the degree of confidentiality of modern encryption devices depends mainly on how the keys and keys are managed rather than on the algorithm’s security and algorithm hardware implementation. Key management problem is a more complicated, meticulous, long-term work. It sometimes costs more in manpower and material resources than the cost of buying cryptographic equipment. This article initially discussed the key plus key management problems.
