[目的] 观察含阳春砂、绿壳砂、缩砂的3种和胃冲剂对胃肠动力的促进作用,筛选出较优组方,探讨剂量反应关系。[方法] 采用营养性半固体灌胃法观察服用3种和胃冲剂前后小肠推进比和胃排空率的变化。[结果]3种和胃冲剂有明显的促胃肠动力作用,与西沙必利相近(P>0. 05),明显高于对照组(P<0 .05)。3种冲剂对胃肠动力的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0 .05),其中含阳春砂和胃冲剂对胃肠促进作用优于另两种;不同剂量和胃冲剂作用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。[结论] 和胃冲剂能有效地促进正常小鼠胃肠动力。3 种冲剂作用强度依次为:含阳春砂和胃冲剂>含绿壳砂和胃冲剂>含缩砂和胃冲剂。增大和胃冲剂剂量,促胃肠动力作用无明显改变。
[Objective] To observe the gastrointestinal motility enhancement effects of 3 kinds of Yangchun sand, green shell sand and shrunk, and stomach granules, and to select the best group to explore the dose-response relationship. [Methods] The changes of small intestine advancing ratio and gastric emptying rate before and after taking 3 kinds of Hewei granules were observed by nutritional semi-solid gavage method. [Results] The three kinds of Hewei granules had obvious gastrointestinal motility, which was similar to that of cisapride (P>0.05), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in gastrointestinal motility between the three types of granules (P>0.05). The positive effects of Yangchun Sand and Weigan granules on gastrointestinal tract were better than those of the other two; differences in the effect of different doses and gastric granules were not statistically significant. Significance (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Hewei granules can effectively promote gastrointestinal motility in normal mice. The three kinds of granules were in order of strength: Yangchun sand and stomach granules> green shell sand and stomach granules> condensed sand and stomach granules. Increasing the dosage of Hewei granules did not change the gastrointestinal motility.
