At present, it has been found that hepatitis B virus (HBV) variation has some influence on the incidence of hepatitis B, serological diagnosis and anti-virus treatment. HBV genetic variation is mainly reflected in two aspects: First, the evolution of the virus genotype, that is, HBV genome differences between carriers; Second, the occurrence of HBV infection in individuals. Therefore, the study of genotypes is further clarified for hepatitis B.
