本研究工作是从焊接残余应力的角度出发,结合断裂力学判据,分析探讨16MnR钢储油罐省略焊后热处理的最大允许壁厚。研究结果认为,用16MnR钢建造的大型储油罐最大壁厚为38mm是安全可行的。
In this work, the maximum permissible wall thickness of the 16MnR steel storage tank omitting the post-weld heat treatment is analyzed based on the residual stress and the fracture mechanics criterion. The result of the study is that it is safe and feasible to construct a large storage tank with 16MnR steel with a maximum wall thickness of 38mm.
