借助商业有限元软件MARCAUTOFORGE,采用三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元法对大冶特殊钢公司棒材连轧机组的箱形孔中轧制轴承方坯的过程进行了模拟,模拟结果与现场轧机的记录数据十分吻合。
Using the commercial finite element software MARCAUTOFORGE, the process of rolling bearing billet in the box hole of Daye Special Steel Company’s bar continuous rolling mill group was simulated by using the three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled elastic-plastic finite element method. The simulation results were compared with the records of on-site rolling mill The data is very consistent.
