目的建立用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定右旋糖酐铁中铅、镉、砷、汞、钴、钒、硒、钼8种重金属元素含量的分析方法。方法通过检测波长考察,仪器参数优化,应用干扰元素校正法(IEC)校正光谱干扰,测定8种重金属元素的量。结果应用IEC法校正光谱干扰,回收率在88.7%~101.3%之间,方法准确度良好,各待测元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.12~7.26 ng/m L,定量限为0.40~23.96 ng/m L,方法精密度良好(RSD<3.5%,n=6)。结论应用IEC法进行光谱校正后的结果明显优于未加校正的常规法测定结果。建立的方法准确、灵敏、迅速,可用于右旋糖酐铁中8种重金属元素含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods By measuring the wavelength and optimizing the instrument parameters, the interfering element calibration (IEC) was used to correct the spectral interferences and the amounts of 8 heavy metal elements were determined. Results The method of IEC was used to correct the spectral interference. The recoveries were in the range of 88.7% -101.3%. The accuracy of the method was good. The linearity of each element was good, the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999, the detection limits were 0.12-7.26 ng / m L, The limit of quantification was 0.40 ~ 23.96 ng / m L, with good precision (RSD <3.5%, n = 6). Conclusion The results of spectral correction using IEC method are obviously better than the results of conventional method without correction. The established method is accurate, sensitive and rapid and can be used for the determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran.
