目的研究毛蕊花糖苷对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠脑损伤的改善作用。方法建立D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠模型,以其学习、记忆成绩,免疫器官指数,脑中胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性,小鼠海马CA1区细胞形态为指标,对毛蕊花糖苷改善D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠脑损伤的作用进行研究。结果与模型组比较,毛蕊花糖苷可恢复D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠的学习记忆损伤;拮抗脑组织和免疫器官萎缩;提高脑中ChAT活性,降低AChE活性;改善脑组织海马CA1区椎体细胞的数量和排列。结论毛蕊花糖苷能明显改善D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力障碍,可以调节脑组织ChAT和AchE活性,保护脑组织海马CA1区神经元细胞,提高脑组织和免疫器官指数,改善模型小鼠的脑损伤,提示毛蕊花糖苷的作用可能与其增强中枢胆碱能功能和保护神经元细胞有关。
Objective To study the effect of verbascoside on brain injury induced by D-galactose in subacute aging mice. Methods The model of sub-acute aging mice induced by D-galactose was established. The effects of learning and memory, immune organ index, ChAT and AchE activities, Morphology as an indicator of the role of verbascoside in improving brain injury induced by D-galactose in subacute aging mice. Results Compared with the model group, verbascoside could restore learning and memory impairment induced by D-galactose in subacute aging mice, antagonize the atrophy of brain tissue and immune organs, increase the activity of ChAT in brain, decrease the activity of AChE, The number and arrangement of somatic cells. Conclusion Verbascoside can significantly improve the learning and memory abilities in sub-acute aging mice induced by D-galactose, and can regulate the activity of ChAT and AchE in brain tissue, protect the neurons in hippocampal CA1 region of brain, improve the index of brain tissue and immune organs, improve Brain damage in model mice suggests that verbascoside may play a role in enhancing central cholinergic function and protecting neuronal cells.
