目的探索优化门诊药房布局和工作流程的做法。方法通过优化门诊药房的内部环境、药师工作流程及服务模式,完善和落实工作制度,开展科学化、规范化药学服务。结果门诊药房药师工作效率提高了20.0%,患者取药等候时间缩短了28.5%,患者取药满意度提高到100.0%,医疗事故发生率降至零。结论优化门诊药房的布局和工作流程可以提高患者满意度,保障患者用药安全。
Objective To explore ways to optimize the layout and workflow of outpatient pharmacies. Methods By optimizing the internal environment of outpatient pharmacy, pharmacist workflow and service mode, the working system was perfected and implemented, and scientific and standardized pharmacy services were carried out. Results Outpatient pharmacy pharmacist increased work efficiency by 20.0%, patient waiting time reduced by 28.5%, patient satisfaction increased to 100.0%, and the incidence of medical accidents dropped to zero. Conclusion Optimizing the layout and workflow of outpatient pharmacies can improve patient satisfaction and ensure patient medication safety.
