目的探讨建设项目职业病危害评价中粉尘控制效果评价的可操作方法。方法运用粉尘危害程度分级、粉尘作业场所危害程度分级、控制效果分级等指标,对粉尘的检测数据进行定量分析,得出建设项目作业场所粉尘控制效果等级。结果运用这一方法,对某煤矿建设项目粉尘监测数据进行分析,回采工、掘井工接触粉尘的危害程度为Ⅲ级,井下皮带巡检工、皮带司机Ⅱ级;52处作业场所有12处按粉尘作业场所危害程度分级为Ⅱ级,占总数的23.1%;15处为Ⅰ级,占28.8%;25处为0级,占48.1%。对照控制效果分级,25处控制效果为达标,15处为超标,12处为严重超标,即27处不符合国家职业卫生要求。结论粉尘定量评价方法可作为建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价方法。
Objective To explore the operational method for evaluating the control effect of dust in occupational hazards in construction projects. Methods The dust hazard degree classification, dust workplace hazard classification, control effect classification and other indicators were used to quantitatively analyze the dust detection data, and the dust control effect grade of the construction project workplace was obtained. Results Using this method, the dust monitoring data of a coal mine construction project were analyzed. The hazards of back mining and digging workers to dust were grade Ⅲ, downhole belt inspector and belt driver level Ⅱ; there were 12 workstations at 52 sites According to the degree of dust workplace hazards classified as grade Ⅱ, accounting for 23.1% of the total; 15 for Ⅰ grade, accounting for 28.8%; 25 to 0, accounting for 48.1%. Control effect grading, 25 control effect is compliance, 15 for the excessive, 12 for serious overweight, that is, 27 do not meet the national occupational health requirements. Conclusion The method of dust quantitative assessment can be used as a method to evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in construction projects.
