目的研究椭圆食粉螨的种群消长动态及其在仓储面粉中的空间分布型,为椭圆食粉螨的有效监测和制定抽样调查计划提供基础资料。方法自2012年2月至2013年1月,调查芜湖市区4个采样点的面粉中椭圆食粉螨种群的季节消长情况。每月定点采样,进行椭圆食粉螨的鉴定及计数。运用扩散型指标、Iwao m*/回归方程及Taylor幂法则研究椭圆食粉螨种群在仓库面粉中的空间分布特征。结果椭圆食粉螨在芜湖仓储面粉中的高峰期出现在7月和9月。扩散型指标I>0,CA>0,m*/>1;同时利用Iwao线性回归方程m*=5.471+1.022(r=0.999)以及Taylor幂法则回归方程lg S2=0.697+1.111 lg(r=0.987)中的参数确定了椭圆食粉螨在仓储面粉中为聚集分布。结论椭圆食粉螨在芜湖市面粉中自然种群消长呈双峰型,其在仓储面粉中的空间格局为聚集分布。
Objective To study the dynamics of population dynamics and its spatial distribution pattern in storage flour, and to provide basic data for the effective monitoring of ovoid mites and the development of a sampling plan. Methods From February 2012 to January 2013, the seasonal fluctuation of ovoid mites population in flour from 4 sampling sites in Wuhu urban area was investigated. Fixed-point sampling every month, identification and counting of oval powder mites. Diffusion index, Iwao m * / regression equation and Taylor power law were used to study the spatial distribution characteristics of Oryza sativa populations in the warehouse flour. Results The peak of Oryza sativa in Wuhu storage flour appeared in July and September. Iwao linear regression equation m * = 5.471 + 1.022 (r = 0.999) and Taylor power law regression equation lg S2 = 0.697 + 1.111 lg (r = 0.987) determined the distribution of ovoid mites in the storage flour. Conclusion The population dynamics of Oryza sativa showed a bimodal pattern in the flour of Wuhu City. The spatial pattern of its spatial distribution in the storage flour was aggregated.
