本工作采用自行研制的H_2S-H_2还原性气氛实验装置进行了纯硫化实验方法验证及可靠性研究。在所控制的流量(H_2S-H_2气总流量小于600ml/min)下,H_2+1/2O_2=H_2O及H_2S=H_2+1/2S_2两个反应达到平衡,从而使试样位置的氧压非常低,以保证试样只发生硫化。通过调节H_2S和H_2的流量可使硫压在10~(-2)atm~10~(-10)atm范围内随意控制。实验结果证实试样的腐蚀产物为纯硫化物,无氧化物形成,说明以此方法研究纯硫化是可行的和可靠的。
In this work, the H 2 S-H 2 reducing atmosphere experiment device developed by ourselves was used to verify the pure vulcanization test method and study its reliability. At the controlled flow rate (H 2 S-H 2 gas total flow less than 600 ml / min), the H 2 + 1 / 2O 2 = H 2 O and H 2 S = H 2 + 1 / 2S 2 reactions are balanced and the oxygen pressure at the sample site is very low , In order to ensure that the sample is only vulcanized. By adjusting the flow rate of H 2 S and H 2, the pressure of sulfur can be freely controlled within the range of 10 -2 to 10 -10 atm. The experimental results confirm that the corrosion products of the samples are pure sulfides and are free of oxides, which shows that it is feasible and reliable to study pure sulfidation in this way.
