目前,灌区节水改造和续建配套工程建设在全国各地正在进行,为了进一步分析已完工项目的综合效益,文章在灌区节水改造工程中应用单位化约束条件为基础的综合集成赋权方法,对生态环境效益作出客观评价,并实现主客观信息的指标权重的兼顾,利用上述权重的计算,比较分析4个灌区节水改造后的生态环境效益[5],论述了综合集成赋权法的基本程序和原理,并对其在灌区节水改造中的应用价值进行了分析。
