对聋生来说,由于听力的缺失,语言的发展受到极大的限制,从而缺乏与社会有效的交流手段,聋生的思维发展受到影响,容易产生一些心理问题。作为聋校班主任要注重班级管理,促进他们健康成长。本文就如何提高聋校班级管理工作的有效性进行浅析,以期能够对聋生健康成长有所裨益。
For deaf students, due to the lack of listening, the development of language is greatly restricted, so the means of communication with the society is lacking. Deaf students’ mental development is affected and some psychological problems are easy to occur. As a deaf school teacher should pay attention to class management, promote their healthy growth. This article on how to improve the effectiveness of class management in deaf schools to conduct a study, in order to be able to deaf students healthy development of some benefit.
