随着社会经济的发展,我国科学技术的进步在很大程度上提高了人们的生活质量,也推动了我国建筑事业的发展。由于现代化建筑朝着多功能、多元化以及多样性的方向发展,为了适应现在社会的要求以及满足建筑功能的需求,必须要提供较大空间以及跨度较大的建筑。由于传统的混凝土已经不能满足现在建筑空间的需要,所以,就需要充分使用后张有粘结预应力混凝土梁的施工技术。该技术很好地解决了大跨度混凝土梁在受荷载较大时的挠度和抗裂问题,提高结构、构件的性能,减少空间占用,确保工程的高效益以及使用年限。本文针对后张有粘结预应力施工在建筑施工的应用进行了探讨,以期能为类似工程的施工提供参考借鉴。
With the development of society and economy, the progress of science and technology in our country has greatly improved people’s quality of life and promoted the development of China’s construction industry. Due to the multi-functional, diversified and diversified development of modern architecture, in order to meet the current social requirements and meet the needs of architectural functions, it is necessary to provide a larger space and a larger span of buildings. Because the traditional concrete can no longer meet the needs of the present building space, it is necessary to fully use the post-tensioned bonded prestressed concrete beam construction technology. The technology solves the problem of deflection and crack resistance of long-span concrete beams under large loads, improves the performance of structures and components, reduces space occupancy, ensures high engineering benefits and service life. In this paper, the application of post-tension bonded prestressed construction in building construction is discussed in order to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
