目的筛选天然植物乳香胶(MasticGum,MG)体外抗幽门螺杆菌(HP)的有效成分。方法选定MG的10种成分,在3个浓度(10,1,0.1mg/mL)下,运用试管稀释法测定并分析它们对HP的杀灭或抑制效果。结果除香叶烯和麝子油醇外,在高浓度(10mg/mL)时,所选其余成分均对HP有明显的杀灭效果,在低浓度(0.1mg/mL)时都无杀灭作用,其中β-石竹烯、芳樟醇、γ-萜品烯、α-萜品醇、反式茴香烯在中浓度(1mg/mL)时即有较好的杀菌效果。结论MG成分中的β-石竹烯、芳樟醇、γ-萜品烯、α-萜品醇、反式茴香烯在相对较低浓度时即表现出体外抗HP作用,因而有可能成为替代抗生素的抗HP的候选药物。
Objective To screen the active ingredients of natural plant frankincense (MasticGum, MG) against Helicobacter pylori (HP) in vitro. Methods Ten components of MG were selected and assayed at three concentrations (10, 1, 0.1 mg/mL) by tube dilution method and analyzed for their killing or suppressing effects on HP. Results In addition to geraniol and lindyl alcohol, the other ingredients selected had a significant killing effect on HP at a high concentration (10 mg/mL), and they did not kill at a low concentration (0.1 mg/mL). The role of β-caryophyllene, linalool, γ-terpinene, α-terpineol, trans-anisole in the medium concentration (1mg/mL) has a good bactericidal effect. Conclusion β-caryophyllene, linalool, γ-terpinene, α-terpineol, and trans-anisole in MG component showed anti-HP action in vitro at relatively low concentrations, and thus may become alternative antibiotics. The anti-HP drug candidate.
