已知神经生长因子(NGF)可以促进体外培养的肾上腺嗜铬细胞神经突起的生长。本实验观察了NGF对原代培养的新生家兔的主动脉旁体细胞的影响。每次取5~8只新生家兔的主动脉旁体,以胶原酶消化制备成游离细胞悬液。以含10%胎牛血清的DMEM作为培养液,细胞接种于涂有2层鼠尾胶原的24孔培养板内。用含不同剂量NGF的培养液培养:1.每ml培养液含200 ngNGF;2.每ml含100ng NGF;3.每ml含50ng NGF;4.
Nerve growth factor (NGF) is known to promote the growth of cultured adrenal chromaffin cell neurites. This experiment observed the effect of NGF on primary para-aortic cells in primary cultured neonatal rabbits. Each time take 5 to 8 newborn rabbit aorta, with collagenase digestion to prepare a free cell suspension. Using DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum as culture medium, the cells were seeded in a 24-well culture plate coated with 2 layers of rat tail collagen.
