目的分析 YX-8供氧系统安全余压的性能,为修改飞行员供氧装备安全余压制度提供试验依据。方法用假人和4名受试者戴 YM-6512供氧面罩,连接 YX-8供氧系统,在地面分别测试该系统的安全余压值和供氧面罩的呼气阻力。然后在低压舱内上升,记录系统安全余压接通高度和面罩呼气阻力。结果 YX-8供氧系统的安全余压值随着高度的升高而增加,当安全余压大于呼气阻力时,会出现“氧自流”现象。结论设计 YX-8供氧系统安全余压的接通高度和安全余压值应从整体供氧系统上考虑。将安全余压接通高度定在5000m,可在较大程度上减少正常飞行时的“氧自流”现象。
Objective To analyze the performance of safety residual pressure of YX-8 oxygen supply system and provide experimental basis for modifying safety residual pressure system of pilot oxygen supply equipment. Methods Dummy and four subjects wearing YM-6512 oxygen mask, connected to the YX-8 oxygen system, the system were tested on the ground safety pressure and exhalation oxygen mask oxygen expiratory resistance. Then rise in the low-pressure cabin, record the safety of system safety pressure and the mask expiratory resistance. Results YX-8 oxygen system safety pressure value increases with the height increases, when the safety pressure greater than expiratory resistance, there will be “oxygen gravity ” phenomenon. Conclusion The design of YX-8 oxygen system safety residual pressure on-height and safety residual pressure values should be considered from the overall oxygen supply system. The safe residual pressure connection height set at 5000m, to a greater extent reduce the normal flight “oxygen gravity ” phenomenon.
