对国内外微电网和分布式电源并网标准的现状进行了介绍,发现不同国家和地区的互连标准各不相同。选取了具有代表性的美国、加拿大、英国和中国的分布式电源并网标准来具体分析,从技术规格和要求、安全和保护以及电能质量等方面进行对比,指明了不同标准间的基本内涵和差异,为我国分布式电源并网标准的制订和修改提供了参考。
The status quo of grid-connected microdata and distributed power grid standards both at home and abroad is introduced and it is found that the interconnect standards in different countries and regions are different. The representative standards of the distributed power grids in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and China are selected to conduct a detailed analysis. Technical specifications and requirements, safety and protection, and power quality are compared. The basic connotations of different standards are pointed out. The differences provide reference for the formulation and revision of the standard of grid-connected DG in China.
