目的建设自助挂号缴费系统,方便患者挂号缴费,实现医院就医服务环境的改善与服务质量的提升,为患者提供更优质的医疗卫生服务。方法基于现有的医院信息化管理系统(HIS系统)和校园一卡通,研发自助挂号缴费系统,并且安装调试自助挂号缴费终端。通过连接校园一卡通平台、学校数据中心、北京市医保平台,实现患者信息自动导入HIS系统,校园一卡通扣款信息自动上传,就诊信息自动导入北京市医保平台。结果医院实现自助挂号收费后,提高了工作效率,方便了患者,缓解了医患矛盾。结论自助挂号缴费系统投入使用,缓解了病人就诊难问题,减轻了医院挂号收费窗口的工作量,提高了服务质量和医院管理水平。
Objective To establish a self-service registered payment system to facilitate payment of registration fees, to improve the service environment for hospital medical services and to improve the service quality, and to provide patients with better quality health care services. Methods Based on the existing hospital information management system (HIS system) and campus card, R & D self-service registration payment system, and install and debug self-service registration payment terminal. By connecting the campus card platform, school data center, Beijing city health insurance platform, the patient information is automatically imported into the HIS system. The campus card deduction information is automatically uploaded, and the treatment information is automatically imported into the Beijing city health insurance platform. Results Hospital self-service registration fees, improve work efficiency, facilitate the patient, ease the contradiction between doctors and patients. Conclusion The self-service registered payment system is put into use, alleviating the difficulty of patient consultation, reducing the workload of the hospital registration fee window, and improving the service quality and hospital management level.
