模锻件的成本是由多种因素构成的,而其中的每一因素又包含着多种分因素。例如,约占模锻件成本30%的模具费用就包含着模锻工序数、锻模加工方式及加工设备、模具使用寿命以及模具结构形式等多种因素。在某一批量内,模锻工序越少,加工周期越短,模具使用寿命越长,模具费用就越低。因而,要大幅度地降低模锻件成本,仅仅考虑某一因素显然是不现实的,必须全过程、全方位地降低消耗,包括从生产技术准备到模锻件生产中的各个环节。在此,笔者仅从工艺和模具两个方面探讨降低模锻件成本的措施。
