Objective To analyze the diagnostic results of echocardiography in adults with congenital heart disease and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of echocardiography. Methods 200 patients with congenital heart disease, according to different diagnostic methods were divided into control group and observation group, each 100 cases. The control group was diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography. The observation group was diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography combined with color Doppler echocardiography. Observe and compare the diagnosis rate of congenital heart disease and congenital heart disease in all types of lesions diameter measurement results. Results 95 cases (95.00%) were diagnosed in the control group and 98 cases (98.00%) in the observation group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). 25 cases of ventricular septal defect (VSD), 57 cases of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), 13 cases of pulmonary valve stenosis (PS), 26 cases of VSD in observation group, 59 cases of patent ductus arteriosus and 13 cases of PS. The diameters of VSD and PS in observation group were not significantly different from those in control group (P> 0.05). The diameter of PDA lesion was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler echocardiography is a noninvasive method for detecting congenital heart disease in adults. It can enhance physicians’ understanding of the status of patients with VSD, PDA and PS, and provide a reasonable basis for the development of targeted therapies , With the promotion of significance.
