由于光电探测器在强激光辐照时易发生响应信号饱和,而无法有效测量脉冲宽度,最终影响脉冲功率的结果。通过研制脉冲波形能量测试系统,优化脉冲宽度和脉冲能量的测试手段,实现激光脉冲功率的实时检测。
As the photodetector is prone to respond to signal saturation during intense laser irradiation, the pulse width can not be effectively measured, which ultimately affects the pulse power. Through the development of pulse waveform energy measurement system, the pulse width and pulse energy are optimized to realize the real-time detection of laser pulse power.
