随着社会的飞速发展,我国中职学校如果一味地采取传统的教学模式,只注重学生理论知识的培养,而对学生的知识运用能力和操作能力以及学生的素质培养加以忽视,这样走出校园的学生是难以适应当今社会发展的。因此,中职学校在教学模式上的改革迫在眉睫,行为导向教学法作为一种新型的教学模式已经普遍被中职学校所运用,它是以行动为前提引导学生,以此来提升学生对学习的兴趣,从而为中职学生的发展奠定坚实的基础,能够适应竞争激烈的社会。
