对于地方政府和房地产商来说,房地产就像天上突然掉下来的馅饼一样,带来了巨大的财富。但常识告诉我们,天上不会掉下馅饼。任何财富都一定有它的出处。它不是来自别人,就是借自未来。换言之,它一定会有一个或者多个埋单者。荒谬的是,在中国的房地产游戏中,最大的埋单者竟然是这一轮房地产热的始作俑者中央政府。这可能也是中央政府对地方政府提出潜在政绩要求所必然要付出的代价。
For local governments and real estate developers, real estate is just like the pie that suddenly fell in the sky, bringing tremendous wealth. But common sense tells us that the sky does not fall pasties. Any wealth must have its source. It is not from others, is from the future. In other words, it must have one or more payers. Paradoxically, the biggest payer in real estate games in China turned out to be the central government behind this round of real estate fever. This may also be the price that the Central Government must pay for the potential performance of local governments.
