目的 :探讨乳腺癌局部切除的原因及对治疗和预后的影响。方法 :分析 51例乳腺癌患者的临床特征 ,首次局部切除原因 ,对根治手术方式的影响。结果 :对乳腺肿块的重视不够 ,缺少乳腺癌的特异性诊断方法 ,术中未行冰冻切片检查是局部切除的主要原因 ,增加患者再次手术及其他治疗的负担。结论 :重视乳腺肿块的首诊诊断 ,对可疑乳腺癌的患者 ,应当在术前行针吸细胞学检查或术中冰冻检查 Objective: To explore the causes of local resection of breast cancer and its effects on treatment and prognosis. METHODS: The clinical features of 51 patients with breast cancer were analyzed. The reason for the first local resection was the effect of radical surgery. RESULTS: There was not enough emphasis on breast lumps and the lack of specific diagnostic methods for breast cancer. Frozen excision was not the main reason for local excision, which increased the burden of reoperation and other treatments. Conclusion : First diagnosis of breast mass is important. For patients with suspected breast cancer, a needle cytology or intraoperative frozen examination should be performed before surgery.
