1.理性的可行性分析一是产品的特性。并不是所有的产品都适合进行社区营销。社区营销的产品应和社区成员的生活息息相关,比如日常所需的食品、和健康有关的健康保健产品、家庭日常活动所需的家电、固定通讯设施、出行所需的代步工具等。不考虑产品特性与社区消费的特点,不管什么产品都进行社区营销,不但起不到积极的作用,也许还会对产品造成一定的伤害。
A rational feasibility analysis First, the characteristics of the product. Not all products are suitable for community marketing. The products marketed by the community should be closely linked with the lives of members of the community, such as daily necessities, health-related health-care products, household appliances needed for daily activities of the family, fixed communication facilities, and excursions required for travel. Regardless of product features and community consumption characteristics, no matter what the product community marketing, not only failed to play a positive role, and may also cause some damage to the product.
