目的分析北京市2006年7月份广州管圆线虫病暴发疫情原因,探讨食源性寄生虫病在城市暴发的防控措施。方法对患者进行问卷调查,同时采集福寿螺样品进行病原学检测。结果共调查了99例住院患者,均曾在北京市某川菜馆就餐,96(96.97%)例患者曾食用凉拌福寿螺,在该川菜馆采集的10份福寿螺样本中,有2份检出广州管圆线虫感染期幼虫。结论本次疫情属于生吃半生吃福寿螺螺肉而发生的广州管圆线虫病暴发流行,提示食源性寄生虫病在北方也存在暴发可能。
Objective To analyze the causes of the outbreak of angiostrongyliasis in Guangzhou in July 2006 and to discuss the prevention and control measures of foodborne parasites in urban areas. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the patients. At the same time, the samples of Beauveria bassiana were collected for pathogen detection. Results A total of 99 inpatients were enrolled in the study. All of them had a meal in a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing. 96 (97%) patients had consumed the snails in the Sichuan area, and 2 out of 10 snails collected in this Sichuan restaurant. Round worm infection larvae. Conclusions This epidemic situation belongs to the outbreak of the first occurrence of the angiostrongyliasis in China, which indicates that the outbreak of foodborne parasites may occur in the north as well.
