以上海磁浮运营示范线的德国高速磁悬浮列车为背景,以磁悬浮列车的国产化为目的,简要介绍了磁悬浮列车车载诊断系统的软硬件构成;针对车载诊断系统的结构框架、设计方案、功能模块、数据流向等方面进行了分析,设计了基于CAN总线的通信协议、信息安全处理方法以及程序流程;以VB.NET语言作为开发平台,在W indows CE.NET嵌入式操作系统下设计了系统软件;给出了软件的部分代码和注释,阐述了软件的主要设计思想和应用模式,并给出了软件的运行界面和测试结果。
Taking the German high-speed maglev train as an example, this paper briefly introduces the software and hardware of the maglev train’s vehicle-mounted diagnostic system. In view of the structure of the on-board diagnostic system, the design scheme, the function module, Data flow and other aspects were analyzed, designed based on the CAN bus communication protocol, information security processing methods and program flow; VB.NET language as a development platform in Windows CE.NET embedded operating system designed the system software; The part of code and comment of the software are given, the main design ideas and application modes of the software are expounded, and the running interface and test results of the software are given.
