本文介绍了Nb-Ti-Al系合金的制备、性能和组织结构,以及应用效果。用现有的其他弹性材料,特殊工程用的某些压力传感器达不到所要求的精度。然而,新型的弹性材料——铌基合金,例如Nb-40Ti-5.5Al,具有优良的综合性能(包括:无磁性、耐海水腐蚀、弹性模量温度系数小、弹性极限高、弹性滞后小以及弹性模量低)。制备了Nb-40Ti-5.5Al合金棒材和细丝材。而且,该合金不论在冷加工态还是固溶态皆可时效硬化处理。各部件(弹性元件、支架、补偿杆、以及振弦丝)皆用铌合金制作的压力传感器达高精度(0.2%),且多次出海实用证明其稳定性好。
This article describes the preparation, properties and microstructure of Nb-Ti-Al alloy and the application results. With the existing other elastic materials, some special pressure sensor used in engineering can not achieve the required accuracy. However, the new elastic material, niobium-based alloy such as Nb-40Ti-5.5Al, has excellent overall properties (including: nonmagnetic, seawater corrosion resistance, small elastic modulus temperature coefficient, high elastic limit, small elastic lag and Low modulus of elasticity). The Nb-40Ti-5.5Al alloy rod and filament were prepared. Moreover, the alloy can be hardened either in the cold or the solution state. Each component (elastic element, bracket, compensation rod and vibrating wire) is made of niobium alloy pressure sensor up to high accuracy (0.2%), and repeatedly to the sea practical proved its good stability.
