研究了运用脉冲激光清洗橡胶轮胎印字模具表面橡胶层的工艺参数与机理。结果表明 ,工艺参数适当时 ,脉冲激光能完全清洗模具表面而不损伤基体。激光清洗存在着清洗阈值和损伤阈值。在起始清洗阈值和完全清洗阈值之间 ,清洁率随着激光能量密度的升高而增大。在完全清洗阈值与损伤阈值之间 ,基体表面清洁率保持 10 0 %而且不受任何损伤。激光清洗橡胶的机理有二 :一为激光产生的高温导致橡胶表层瞬间燃烧和气化 ;二为橡胶深层受热振动和激光脉冲的热冲击作用使铝片表面橡胶颗粒飞溅。
The process parameters and mechanism of rubber surface printing on rubber tire by pulsed laser were studied. The results show that when the process parameters are appropriate, the pulsed laser can completely clean the mold surface without damaging the substrate. There are cleaning thresholds and damage thresholds for laser cleaning. Between the initial cleaning threshold and the full cleaning threshold, the cleaning rate increases as the laser energy density increases. Between the complete cleaning threshold and the damage threshold, the substrate surface cleaning rate remains 100% without any damage. The mechanism of laser cleaning rubber has two: one for the laser heat caused by the instantaneous combustion of rubber surface and gasification; the second is the deep heat of the rubber vibration and laser pulse thermal shock to the aluminum surface of the rubber particles splash.
