在对转子系统进行临界转速或共他有振动特性方面的计算时,需要求出力学模型上各个转子的(如离心机转鼓,离心式压缩机叶轮等)重量、重心及转动惯量等等。对于截面较为复杂的转动体,按常规法计算比较繁复。本文介绍一种简化了的但又相当准确的计算方法。这种计算方法极易编成程序,通过计算机,就能按实际要求的精度进行迅速计算。文章最后给出了作者在PC—1500机上使用过的简单程序,以供参考。
When calculating the critical speed or total vibration of the rotor system, the weight, center of gravity and moment of inertia of each rotor on the mechanical model (such as centrifuge drum, centrifugal compressor impeller, etc.) need to be calculated. For the more complex section of the rotating body, calculated according to conventional methods more complicated. This article describes a simplified but fairly accurate method of calculation. This calculation method is very easy to program, through the computer, you can quickly calculate the actual required accuracy. Finally, the article gives the author a simple program used on the PC-1500 for reference.
