为了解日本血吸虫卵分布的性质,在均数m较大时,利用回归方程lg(v)=a+blg(m)的回归系数b是否接近2,来判断虫卵计数是否服从负二项分布。结果显示,日本血吸虫卵在阳性粪便中的分布、同一感染个体的虫卵计数在不同时间上的分布以及人群中虫卵计数分别在男女中的分布均可用负二项分布来描述,其回归系数b的95%可信区间分别为1.30~2.30、1.61~1.97、1.71~2.16、1.55~2.23。用实际资料配合负二项分布进行拟合优度检验,配合效果较好,亦从另一方面佐证了回归系数法(矩法)的可行性
In order to understand the nature of the egg distribution of Schistosoma japonicum, whether or not the egg count obeys the negative binomial distribution is determined by whether the regression coefficient b of the regression equation lg (v) = a + blg (m) is close to 2 when the average number m is large.
