本文选用中国药典法检测卡虎素片中岩白菜素的含量,经实验测试证明,本法的平均相对偏差为0.54％;回收率为99.84％。同时对卡虎素片中另一主要成分—灭活卡介苗对本实验的干扰影响作用进行了实验研究和探讨。
In this paper, Chinese pharmacopoeia was used to determine the content of bergenin in kasugam tablet. The experimental results showed that the average relative deviation was 0.54% and the recovery rate was 99.84%. At the same time, another major component of kasugamycin tablets - inactivated BCG on the experimental interference effects were experimentally studied and discussed.
