幼儿美术工作者要从幼儿教育的总体要求出发,培养他们的美术审美能力和美术创造能力。幼儿美术教学没有任何强迫性,它靠启发性思维和鼓励情感来和幼儿进行心灵的交流,所以美术情感教育的培养就摆在了首位。除了美术技能的传授,我们更应该抓住幼儿自我为中心的心理特点,让他们在基础技能的掌握下无拘无束的自由想象,用自己所想来表达所画的物体。教师除了培养幼儿的兴趣和创造力外,更重要的就是要抓住每个孩子的特点,根据不同的性格和偏好分类引导,这样才能够使得每个幼儿在美术教育实践中都有所得。
