2618A合金是高强耐热铝合金,具有较高的综合性能,在航空工业中主要用于高温工作零件。在大生产条件下采用正交设计等方法对固溶温度、人工时效、预拉伸等工艺参数对组织性能的影响进行了研究。确定了2618AT851厚板的最佳生产工艺参数,即固溶温度530℃,预拉伸永久变形量:1.5%~3%,人工时效温度190℃,时效时间20h。在大生产条件下复验,产品技术指标达到国外标准和Q/S134试制标准要求。替代了进口材料,满足了国家重点工程的需要。
2618A alloy is a high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy with high overall performance. It is mainly used for high-temperature working parts in the aviation industry. The effects of solution temperature, artificial aging and pre-stretching on the microstructure and properties were studied using orthogonal design method under the conditions of large production. The optimal production parameters of 2618AT851 slab were determined, that is, the solution temperature is 530 ℃, the pre-tensioning permanent deformation is 1.5% -3%, the artificial aging temperature is 190 ℃ and the aging time is 20h. Under the condition of large-scale production, the technical specifications of the products meet the requirements of foreign standards and Q / S134 trial production standards. Replaced imports of materials to meet the needs of the state’s key projects.
