目的:通过比较不同配伍比例交泰丸对db/db 2型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用,探讨交泰丸降糖作用的较佳配伍比例。方法:将db/db小鼠分为模型组、二甲双胍组、交泰丸10:1组、交泰丸10:3组和交泰丸10:6组,另取db/m小鼠为正常对照组。药物灌胃治疗5周,观察饮水量、摄食量以及体质量的变化,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、腹腔注射葡萄糖耐量(IPGTT)及胰岛素耐量(IPITT),血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)以及谷草转氨酶(AST)。结果:给药治疗5周后,各给药组小鼠体质量没有明显变化。饮水量仅交泰丸10:1组与二甲双胍组比较明显减少(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各给药组空腹血糖均明显降低(P<0.01),IPITT均有所改善;各给药组IPGTT较模型组改善,在IPGTT第15 min时只有交泰丸10:1组好于模型组(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,仅交泰丸10:1组TC、LDL显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:交泰丸10:1组的降糖效果稍好于交泰丸10:3组和交泰丸10:6组,黄连:肉桂=10:1或为交泰丸降糖作用的较佳配伍比例。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the hypoglycemic effects of different compatibility Jiaotai Pills on db / db type 2 diabetic mice and to explore the better compatibility ratio of Jiaotai Pills. Methods: db / db mice were divided into model group, metformin group, Jiao Tai Wan 10: 1 group, Jiao Tai Wan 10: 3 group and Jiao Tai Wan 10: 6 group. The other db / m mice were used as normal control group. After 5 weeks of intragastric administration, the changes of drinking water intake, food intake and body weight were observed. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), intraperitoneal injection of IPGTT and IPITT, serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol TC, HDL, LDL, ALT and AST. Results: After 5 weeks of treatment, there was no significant change in the body weight of mice in each administration group. Compared with the model group, the fasting blood glucose in each administration group was significantly lower (P <0.01), and the IPITT was improved only in the 10: 1 drinking water group compared with the model group Compared with model group, IPGTT of the drug group improved only at the 15th minute of IPGTT, and only JiaoTaiwan 10: 1 group was better than the model group (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, TC and LDL of 10: 1 cross-treatment group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The hypoglycemic effect of Jiao Tai Wan 10: 1 group was slightly better than that of Jiao Tai Wan 10: 3 group and Jiao Tai Wan 10: 6 group. Coptis chinensis: cinnamon = 10: 1 or Jiaotai pill hypoglycemic effect was better Compatibility ratio.
