利用富锰渣高炉出渣时的液渣潜热,加入白云石粉及石灰粉,可以调节富锰渣的组份,改善其冶金性能。实验室的试验结果表明,在SiO_2含量高达33%的富渣中加入白云石粉和石灰粉,可使软化温度提高到1100℃以上;软化区间可由原来的400℃以上降低到60℃以下。工厂的工业性试验结果表明,在无保温和加温的条件下,用人力搅拌时的石灰粉的最大加入量为5.14%,富锰渣中CaO的含量可由0.5%以下提高到6.14%;白云石粉的最大加入量只有2.6%,富渣中MgO含量仅能由1%左右提高到1.9%左右。实验室和工业性试验的结果,均达到了富锰渣调质的目的。

The content of CaO in manganese-rich slag could be increased from 0.5% to 6.14% The maximum amount of powder added only 2.6%, rich slag MgO content can only be about 1% to about 1.9%. Laboratory and industrial test results, have reached the purpose of quenching and tempering rich manganese residue.
