198 4～ 1998年 ,我院共收治外伤性膈肌损伤患者 2 0例 ,其中合并膈疝 12例 ,报告如下。临床资料 :本组男 17例 ,女 3例 ;年龄 10～ 6 0岁。其中闭合性损伤 13例 (有 11例合并膈疝 ) ,开放性损伤 7例 (1例合并有膈疝 )。临床表现为胸闷呼吸困难伴胸痛 19例 ,恶心呕吐伴腹痛 18
198 4 ~ 1998, our hospital were treated traumatic diaphragmatic injury in 20 patients, including 12 cases of diaphragmatic hernia, the report is as follows.
