目的:探讨瘦素和瘦素受体在重度子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者在位内膜和异位内膜的表达及在重度子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症发病机制的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法测定重度子宫内膜异位症伴不孕组32例与子宫内膜正常对照组30例在位内膜和异位内膜瘦素和瘦素受体的表达。结果:瘦素在腺上皮细胞的表达:在位内膜、对照组内膜的表达高于异位内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在位内膜与对照组内膜的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。瘦素受体在腺上皮细胞的表达:异位内膜、在位内膜及对照组内膜的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重度子宫内膜异位症不孕患者在位内膜超微结构的改变及内膜容受性的降低其瘦素及瘦素受体系统起的作用有限。
Objective: To investigate the expression of leptin and leptin receptor in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of patients with severe endometriosis and infertility and its role in the pathogenesis of severe endometriosis with infertility . Methods: The expressions of leptin and leptin in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of 32 patients with severe endometriosis and infertility and 30 patients with normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of leptin in glandular epithelial cells: the expression of leptin in eutopic endometrium and control group was higher than that in ectopic endometrium, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); in eutopic endometrium and control group, The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The expression of leptin receptor in glandular epithelial cells: there was no significant difference in the expression of ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium and control group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Infertility patients with severe endometriosis have a limited role for leptin and leptin receptor systems in the alteration of their eutopic endometrial ultrastructure and reduction of intima receptivity.
