钴和5-Cl-PADAB在含有NH_2OH.HCl 的磷酸盐pH=5的缓冲溶液中生成稳定的红色络合物,用12MH_2SO_4酸化颜色会变得更深,增加了吸光值,又因常见离子包括Fe(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的干扰全被消除增加了方法选择性。文中还对缓冲溶液、酸化酸的选择和各种阴离子的影响作了研究。文中较为详细地拟定了土壤、头发、猪肝、茶叶、飘尘等环境样品中痕量钴的测定方法,我们认为方法是灵敏、简便、快速的,其结果是准确可靠的。
Cobalt and 5-Cl-PADAB form a stable red complex in the buffer solution of phosphate pH = 5 containing NH 2 OH.HCl. The acidification with 12MH 2 SO 4 will deepen the color and increase the absorbance. Because common ions include Fe (Ⅱ) and Cr (Ⅵ) all eliminate the interference to increase the selectivity of the method. The article also on the buffer solution, the choice of acidification and the impact of various anions were studied. The method of determination of trace cobalt in soil samples, hair samples, liver samples, tea samples and fly ash samples was developed in detail. The method is sensitive, simple and rapid, and the results are accurate and reliable.
