目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清维生素D的浓度与内分泌紊乱的相互关系。方法:收集55例初诊PCOS患者(PCOS组)和20例健康育龄期妇女(对照组),计算体重指数(BMI),测定血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、LH、FSH及血清25-(OH)D3浓度,并行OGTT和胰岛素释放试验,计算QUICKI指数。结果:PCOS组25-(OH)D3浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。将PCOS组患者分为肥胖、超重及正常体重者分析,发现肥胖和超重者25-(OH)D3浓度显著低于正常体重者。PCOS组中,25-(OH)D3浓度与BMI、T、LH/FSH呈显著负相关(r=-0.446、-0.390、-0.411,P<0.01),与QUICKI值呈正相关(r=0.423,P<0.01)。结论:维生素D缺乏与PCOS内分泌紊乱密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D levels and endocrine disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: Fifty-five newly diagnosed PCOS patients (PCOS group) and 20 healthy women of childbearing age (control group) were collected for calculating body mass index (BMI), serum testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH and serum 25- (OH) D3 concentration, parallel OGTT and insulin release test, calculate the QUICKI index. Results: The concentration of 25- (OH) D3 in PCOS group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). PCOS patients were divided into obese, overweight and normal weight analysis found that obese and overweight 25- (OH) D3 concentrations were significantly lower than normal weight. In PCOS group, the concentration of 25- (OH) D3 was negatively correlated with BMI, T and LH / FSH (r = -0.446, -0.390, -0.411, P <0.01) P <0.01). Conclusion: Vitamin D deficiency is closely related to PCOS endocrine disorders.
