基于最优生产决策动态模型,采用世界银行企业问卷调查的微观数据,对中国制造企业的全球价值链嵌入模式进行了实证分析。研究表明,当企业具有较强市场控制力时,上下游投资呈替代关系,企业嵌入全球价值链中的位置越接近上游,股权模式生产的可能性越大;反之,当企业的控制能力较弱时,投资呈互补关系,企业嵌入全球价值链中的位置越接近上游,非股权模式生产的可能性越大。由此可见,我国制造企业全球价值链的嵌入模式选择,与全球价值链的嵌入位置和控制能力密切相关。
Based on the dynamic model of optimal production decision-making, the author uses the micro-data of the World Bank’s enterprise questionnaire to analyze the embedded mode of global value chain of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. The research shows that when enterprises have strong market control, the upstream and downstream investment is replaced by the substitution, the closer the position of the enterprise embedded in the global value chain is to the upstream, the greater the possibility of the equity mode production; on the contrary, when the control ability of the enterprise is weak When the investment is complementary, the closer the position of the enterprise embedded in the global value chain to the upstream, the greater the possibility that the non-equity model will be produced. Thus, the embedded mode choice of global value chain of manufacturing enterprises in our country is closely related to the embedded position and control ability of global value chain.
