针对目前本教研室教学现状，本文介绍了在培养青年教师尽快掌握机械设计课程教学方面所采取的措施。
In view of the current teaching present situation in our teaching and research room, this paper introduces the measures taken to train young teachers in mastering the teaching of mechanical design as soon as possible.
