利用脉冲电磁场辅助水热合成法制备TiO_2纳米线阵列薄膜,证明不同的脉冲电压对TiO_2纳米线的生长具有较大影响。采用FESEM、XRD等手段对TiO_2纳米线阵列的形貌和结构进行表征,结果表明:当施加的脉冲电压为500V时,生长出的TiO_2纳米线阵列尺寸大体均匀,取向基本一致,排列较为整齐,无明显的生长异常区。生长的TiO_2纳米线属于金红石结构,与衬底匹配良好。同时对脉冲电磁场影响下的TiO_2纳米线阵列生长机理进行深入分析。
The pulsed electromagnetic field assisted hydrothermal synthesis of TiO 2 nanowire arrays was used to demonstrate that different pulse voltages have a great influence on the growth of TiO 2 nanowires. The morphology and structure of the TiO 2 nanowire arrays were characterized by FESEM and XRD. The results showed that the size of TiO 2 nanowires grown was almost uniform and the orientation was basically the same when the applied pulse voltage was 500V, No obvious area of abnormal growth. The grown TiO 2 nanowires belong to the rutile structure and match well with the substrate. At the same time, the growth mechanism of TiO 2 nanowire arrays under the influence of pulsed electromagnetic fields was deeply analyzed.
