目的建立血样中氯丁二烯的顶空-气相色谱测定方法。方法将人血样直接置于顶空瓶中,目标物经顶空自动进样器进入带电子俘获检测器的气相色谱仪进行检测,以外标法定量。结果该方法在质量浓度为0.00~160.00μg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 4;方法检出限为0.10μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.10μg/L。批内相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.38%~1.91%,批间RSD为2.11%~3.08%;加标回收率为89.00%~93.88%。结论该方法灵敏度高、线性范围广,样品处理简单,提高了对大批量样品的测定效率。
Objective To establish a method for determination of chloroprene in blood by headspace-gas chromatography. Methods The human blood sample was directly placed in the vial, and the target substance was detected by gas chromatograph with electron capture detector by headspace autosampler and quantified by external standard method. Results The method showed a good linearity at a concentration of 0.00-160.00 μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4. The detection limit was 0.10 μg / L and the lowest detection limit was 0.10 μg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.38% ~ 1.91%, and the inter-assay RSDs were 2.11% ~ 3.08%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 89.00% to 93.88%. Conclusion The proposed method has high sensitivity, wide linear range, simple sample processing and high efficiency for the determination of large samples.
