随着车祸及其它的意外,招致骨盆骨折事故频繁发生,病理上骨盆骨折大部份发生后尿道损伤,甚至尿道断裂。入院后医师常规用的手术方法是经膀胱尿道会师术。手术时,术者使用两根弯型金属探杆,在尿道内两探杆尖端相碰连引,使前尿道内探杆引导到膀胱内,使离断的后尿道建立连续性,但由于使用的金属探杆较长,感觉差,碰连时又不稳定,往往造成会师失败,延长手术时间,增加患者痛苦。笔者创制金属指杆,用时套在右手食指上,指杆从膀胱颈部插入后尿道与前尿道探杆相碰,由於指杆短,尖端为凹面,长短探杆相碰时感觉强,稳定性好,用力相抵不易滑脱,临床应用得心应手,大大地缩短了手术时间,为尿道会师术创造了有利条件。 现将金属指杆的制作方法简述如下:
