With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and quality education, more and more primary and secondary schools have begun to have a small and medium-sized brass band or drum team. This not only reflects the level of school art education to a certain extent, enriches the campus cultural life, but also strengthens the young pioneers etiquette education so that the team members are influenced by beauty. At present, many school counselors undertake the task of teaching brass band or drum team training. However, in practice, they often encounter such general problems as how to choose a team member, do posture, practice breathing and balance voices. Encounter complex instruc- tions such as different instrumental methods, simultaneous training of different instrument sets, and how to get the band to mature in a short period of time. In the long-term practice of counseling and training, I found that the coordinated development of the five aspects of “heart and ear” is the key to solve the problem and improve the training effect.
