目的分析3起预防接种后偶合死亡案例,总结处置经验。方法对预防接种后死亡病例进行个案调查和相关资料分析。结果 3例死亡婴儿出生及生长发育均无异常,所接种的乙肝疫苗和流感嗜血杆菌疫苗的运输、存储和接种操作规范;死亡原因分别为“偶合晚发型维生素K1缺乏引起内脏出血死亡、窒息、肺出血和轮状病毒性腹泻病重度脱水休克”。免疫接种后不良事件分类均由偶合症,与接种疫苗无关。结论偶合症是预防接种后死亡的常见类型,临床参与、快速调查、争取尸检或采集有临床意义的标本进行实验室检测及明确死因是快速彻底处置与疫苗接种相关死亡不良事件的关键。
Objective To analyze 3 cases of coupled death after vaccination and summarize the experience of disposal. Methods Case deaths after vaccination were investigated and related data were analyzed. Results There were no abnormalities in the birth and growth of 3 dead infants. The transport, storage and vaccination practices of the vaccinated Hepatitis B vaccine and Haemophilus influenzae were vaccinated. The causes of death were respectively “the death of coupled late onset vitamin K1 caused by visceral hemorrhage, Asphyxia, pulmonary hemorrhage and rotavirus diarrhea severe dehydration shock ”. After immunization, the classification of adverse events were all caused by the syndrome, not related to the vaccination. Conclusions Coupling syndrome is a common type of death after vaccination. Clinic participation, rapid investigation, autopsy or collection of clinically meaningful specimens for laboratory testing and specific cause of death are the keys to promptly and thoroughly addressing the adverse events associated with vaccination.
