In my article 1962, No. 3, “The New Regulations on Several Basic Measures of Weights and Measures”, there is a remark 3) that “three-state points are the equilibrium points describing the coexistence of three states of matter (solid, liquid and vapor) The tri-state point of certain pressure into the water is 0 ℃. ”This comment is wrong. Because of the Eleventh International Conference of Weights and Measures in 1960, the three-phase point (ie, the three attitudes) of water was set at + 0.01 ° C. This mainly fails to understand the definition of freezing point (0 ° C) and the relationship between freezing point and triple point, while the international temperature standard specifies that the temperature of the water’s three-phase point is 273.16 ° K as 0 ° C.
