目的分析宝石能谱CT对肺部良性和恶性结节病变的诊断价值。方法选取2014年9月至2016年9月63例肺部良恶性结节病变患者的临床资料,患者均接受宝石能谱CT能谱成像模式扫描,并取得静脉期、动脉期的70 keV碘基图像与单能量图像,通过单能量图像能谱分析的功能,观察肺部良恶性结节动脉期、静脉期的水基值与碘基值以及不同keV下的CT值。结果肺部良性结节病变的静脉期与动脉期碘基值均低于恶性结节(P<0.05),良性恶性结节病变的静脉期与动脉期水基值对比,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);静脉期及动脉期肺部良性结节病变在不同keV下的CT值均低于恶性结节(P<0.05)。结论肺部良恶性病变患者行能谱CT诊断,可提高诊断准确性,并初步区分肺部恶性结节与良性结节。
Objective To analyze the value of gem energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with benign and malignant pulmonary nodules from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected. All patients underwent gem energy spectrum CT imaging and scans of venous phase and arterial phase of 70 keV iodine Image and single energy image. Through the function of single energy image energy spectrum analysis, the pulmonary artery benign and malignant nodules in arterial phase, venous phase water base value and iodine base value and CT value under different keV were observed. Results The pulmonary venous phase and the iodine value in arterial phase were both lower than those in malignant nodules (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the venous phase and the arterial phase in benign and malignant nodules (P> 0.05). The CT value of venous phase and benign pulmonary nodules in arterial phase under different keV were lower than that of malignant nodules (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary lesions in patients with CT diagnosis can improve the diagnostic accuracy, and the initial distinction between malignant pulmonary nodules and benign nodules.
